How are Rogue Rift garments made?
Rogue Rift garments are generally printed after you place your order using our printing and fulfilment partners. This lets us produce each piece on demand rather than holding unnecessary stock.
How long will my order take to be produced?
Most orders are produced and prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–7 business days. Production can occasionally take longer because of garment availability, quality checks, order size or seasonal demand.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by destination and shipping service. The available delivery option, estimated timeframe and shipping cost for your address are shown at checkout.
When will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available, we’ll send your tracking details after your order has shipped. Tracking can sometimes take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Where do you ship?
Rogue Rift ships internationally. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges depending on the destination and applicable local rules. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Return and cancellation rights can vary by destination. UK customers have the statutory rights described in our Returns & Refunds policy, and we’ll apply any additional mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email howzit@roguerift.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs where useful. We’ll review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the sizing information shown on the product page before ordering. Fit and measurements can vary by garment, so use the information for the specific product you are buying rather than assuming every Rogue Rift tee fits identically.
How should I care for my Rogue Rift tee?
Always follow the garment care label. As a general rule for printed tees, washing inside out at a low temperature and avoiding direct ironing over the print will help preserve the artwork.
