TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Rogue Rift online store or purchase products from us. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. ABOUT ROGUE RIFT

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, garment-dye processes and normal differences between production batches.
Product measurements and sizing information are approximate. Please check the available sizing information before ordering.
Rogue Rift garments are generally produced to order using third-party printing and fulfilment partners. Product, colour and size availability can therefore change.
3. PRICES
Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on our store.
Shipping costs and any other charges collected by us will be shown before you complete checkout.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. Changes will not normally affect an order already accepted by us.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide a refund.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are authorised to use the payment method supplied; and
- you agree to these Terms and the policies referred to above.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, payment cannot be authorised, a product becomes unavailable, there is an obvious error in the listing or price, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due.
5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed using Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout.
Rogue Rift does not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.
6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Rogue Rift garments are generally produced after an order is placed.
Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.
Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery are not affected.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible UK customers purchasing online normally have statutory cancellation rights in addition to rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
The fact that a standard Rogue Rift catalogue garment is printed after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove applicable statutory cancellation rights.
8. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
Products supplied by us must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact howzit@roguerift.com with your order number and details of the problem.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts remedies that you are legally entitled to receive.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Rogue Rift name, logos, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, written content and other brand material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Rogue Rift.
You may use our website for personal shopping and browsing.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorised merchandise from Rogue Rift artwork, logos or other protected content without permission.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- misuse the website;
- attempt to interfere with its operation or security;
- introduce malicious software or code;
- use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the website; or
- use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Rogue Rift uses third parties to provide services including ecommerce technology, payment processing, printing, fulfilment, delivery and analytics.
These services may be subject to technical availability and their own terms.
Information about how personal information is processed is provided in our Privacy Policy.
12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, we do not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Where you purchase products as a consumer, Rogue Rift is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, except where the law provides otherwise.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applying to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have under the laws that apply where you live.
