Refund policy

Returns, cancellations and refunds

We want you to be happy with your Rogue Rift order. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and refunds. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Change-of-mind returns

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To start a return, email howzit@roguerift.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop, but we may make a lawful deduction if its value has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back where applicable, we will issue any refund due within the period required by law. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law; additional amounts paid for premium delivery are not normally refundable.

Made-to-order garments

Rogue Rift garments are generally printed after an order is placed. Our standard catalogue designs are not treated as personalised goods simply because they are produced to order, so our normal cancellation and return rights above apply.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specification or clearly personalised at your request may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind right where the law permits. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong product, email howzit@roguerift.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs where useful.

UK consumer law requires appropriate remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, and a retailer cannot remove those statutory rights through its returns policy.

Exchanges

Because Rogue Rift garments are produced to order, the simplest way to change a size or colour will usually be to return the eligible item and place a new order. Contact us first and we will explain the available options.
